PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a great deal of minus ions and specific ions of mineral ores, and to exert excellent health and beautification. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, numerous holes 21 are opened on a plumbing pipe of circulation water supply of the inside of an upper bath tank (oblong figure) shown in Figure 3, a pressure hot water spouted from the holes 21 impacts to an ion generating material 6 by using the pressure of water supply of a submerged pump 1, and ion water overflowing on the tank 22 falls along stones 5 used as a design and healing and becomes waterfall and impacts to the ion generating material 6 to be hot water splash, and so high humidity and minus ions are generated and filled in a room. A great deal of ion generating mineral ores and much hot water are circulated, the room temperature becomes congruent with the waterfall hot water temperature so that the humidity is evaporated and a person can breathe and take a bath at low temperature for a long time in a sauna.
