It is intended to provide a liposome preparation having an excellent storage stability and sustaining the effects (for example, stability in the blood) achieved by membrane modification with a hydrophilic polymer so as to carry a drug, which would suffer from lowering in stability under acidic conditions, in a stable state. Namely, a liposome preparation comprising liposomes having unilamelar vesicles made of lipid- double membrane containing a phospholipid as the main lipid material and an internal aqueous phase of pH 5 or lower encapsulated in the vesicles wherein the vesicles are modified with a hydrophilic polymer exclusively at the outer surface. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007 |
