A method and a system for controlling speed based on a two-dimensional barcode video transmission are provided to perform reliable transmission in a situation that data is interfered and minimize a data transmission rate. A barcode coding module(12) of a transmission end(1) performs two-dimensional bar code coding on data to be transmitted, a display module(13) displays an image after coding. A camera module(11) of the transmission end(1) receives a two-dimensional barcode image fed back by a reception end(2), while a two-dimensional barcode decoding module(10) performs decoding on the two-dimensional barcode image. A camera module(14) of the reception unit(2) receives the two-dimensional barcode image displayed by the display module(13). A two-dimensional barcode decoding module(16) decodes the two-dimensional barcode image. A coding module(18) performs two-dimensional barcode coding on information required to be fed back. A display module(17) displays the two-dimensional barcode image fed back to the transmission end(1).
