PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for a laminated glass and the laminated glass which have excellent sound insulation by preventing the deterioration of the sound insulation due to the increase of a temperature by the irradiation with solar light and further have excellent light insulation. SOLUTION: The intermediate film for the laminated glass is formed by laminating a sound insulating polyvinyl acetal resin layer, an opaque polyvinyl acetal resin layer and if need, a transparent polyvinyl acetal resin layer. The opaque polyvinyl acetal resin layer is a colored film colored by dispersing a coloring agent, preferably a colored film colored by an achromatic inorganic fine particles.
