PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of reinforcing its base part, while strengthening the reinforcement of a structure body, by anchoring a fiber reinforced resin layer for reinforcement on a base surface by an anchor, when reinforcing a concrete structure erected on a concrete base. SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure is formed by embedding a fiber grid composed of a vertical-horizontal reinforced fiber bundle impregnated with resin in a covering layer by forming the covering layer of curing-resin paste on a surface of the concrete structure. An anchor hole is formed at a predetermined interval on the base surface in close vicinity to the structure outer periphery, and the vertical fiber bundle of the fiber grid is extended, and this bundle is inserted into the anchor hole as the anchor, and the curing-resin paste is filled and hardened in this hole, and the vertical fiber bundle being the anchor is adhered and fixed. The construction can also be performed even when the concrete structure and its base exist in the water or in a wetting state by using an underwater hardening resin as resin paste for the covering layer and the anchor hole.
