PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer proxy management system etc. allowed to be operated without exerting credit risks of an operation company or the like of this system to requesters while suppressing increase in the transfer business quantity of a financial institution or the like.

SOLUTION: The transfer proxy management system 10 comprises a requester's terminal apparatus 11a which is operated by a requester requiring a transfer request, a transfer proxy management apparatus 100 for acquiring transfer information from the requester's terminal apparatus 11a and managing the transfer information and a financial institution transfer execution apparatus 200 for executing transfer on the basis of the transfer information acquired from the transfer proxy management apparatus 100. A financial institution name transfer source account of the financial institution name is set in the financial institution transfer execution apparatus 200, the transfer proxy management apparatus 100 manages the financial institution name transfer source account as a transfer source account for the transfer proxy management apparatus to be used for itself and the financial institution transfer execution apparatus 200 transfers funds in the transfer source account for the transfer proxy management apparatus in accordance with the transfer information of the transfer proxy management apparatus 100.
