PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical inspection method of a test subject which can very quickly and precisely achieve alignment in contact points of a contactor to the opposite points of the test subject without any error. SOLUTION: This invented contactor electrically couples two or more electrical inspection devices, containing at least one contact point and being installed in a retention element, with the test subject. The contactor (1), preferably the retention element (3), is equipped with at least one marking (25) which has a fixed position to at least one contact point (7).
