PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total heat exchanger improving heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of baffle members 7 generating flow having velocity component in the direction approaching and separating with respect to a partitioning film 1 are mounted in the direction orthogonal to the flow.
