PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate rotation characteristics of a test gear mechanism G. SOLUTION: The rotation angle error analysis system is provided with: a data collection means 11 for reading output signals S1 and S2 of encoders E1 and E2 connected to an input shaft D1 and an output shaft D2 of the test gear mechanism G; a memory means 12 for storing data collected by the data collection means 11; and a data processing means 13 for frequency-analyzing an angle transmission error by processing data read from the memory means 12, and calculating backlash based on the angle transmission error during reverse rotation when positively rotating the test gear mechanism G.
