<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contents of a printed document displayed on a display device from being browsed by a third party while a user goes to get a printed-out paper sheet, without imposing a burden on the user, without disturbing operation of the user. <P>SOLUTION: This print data processor 1 configured such that the print data processor 1 transmits print data to a printer connected via a communication line to make the printer perform printing has: a print data transmission part 103 transmitting the print data to the printer 3; a timer means 105 starting clocking by receiving data related to a printing state of the printer from the printer after transmitting the print data to the printer; and a screen changeover part 106 controlling display data displayed on a display surface of the display device connected to the print data processor.
