An apparatus for exhausting welding heat generated when welding a tube type welding target is provided to prevent deterioration of product quality due to welding heat and perform welding operation in relief without concern about thermal strain accordingly by ejecting cooling gas into the welding target during welding, thereby allowing the cooling gas to exhaust welding heat to the outside promptly. As an apparatus for extracting to the outside a heat applied to the welding target and transferred to an inner part of the welding target in a process of welding the cap to the body of a tube type welding target(31) comprising a tube type body(39) which has a predetermined diameter, of which both ends are opened, and which extends longitudinally, and a cap(41) which is inserted onto an one end of the body, and of which the end is closed, an apparatus for exhausting welding heat generated when welding a tube type welding target comprises a cooling gas supply pipe(57) which extends toward the cap after advancing into an inner part of the body of the welding target, and which ejects cooling gas supplied from the outside toward the cap to exhaust the cooling gas to the outside of the body through an inner space of the body after colliding the cooling gas with the cap.
