A rotor of a high speed motor is provided to easily cool the inside of a housing by flowing air in a lengthwise direction through a spiral impeller formed on the circumferential surface of a core. A rotor of a high speed motor includes a motor shaft(11a), a core(11b), a coil wire, two impeller fixing bodies(11d), and a plurality of impellers(11e). The coil wire is wound around the core(11b) which is fixedly installed on the motor shaft(11a). Two impeller fixing bodies(11d) warp both ends of the core(11b). The plurality of impellers(11e) are formed to be apart from each other between the two impeller fixing bodies(11d). The impellers(11e) are protrudedly formed to have a screw shape on an outer plane of the core(11b). The impeller fixing bodies(11d) and the impellers(11e) are integratedly formed on the motor shaft(11a) and the core(11b) wound by the coil wire through the insert molding.
