摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas injection nozzle deposit-removing method for a manufacturing device of a coated fuel particle for a high-temperature gas furnace and a manufacturing method of the coated fuel particle capable of easily removing silicon carbide deposits from a gas injection nozzle in order to facilitate reuse, and capable of achieving reduction of a manufacturing cost and improvement of efficiency. SOLUTION: This method for removing the deposits of the gas injection nozzle of the manufacturing device of the coated fuel particle for the high-temperature gas furnace is provided with a heating process for heating the gas injection nozzle at 1,600°C or more and changing the phase ofβ-type silicon carbide of the deposits toα-type silicon carbide so as to embrittle the deposits, and a polishing process for polishing the gas injection nozzle after the heating process in order to remove the embrittled deposits. In the manufacturing method of the coated fuel particle for the high-temperature gas furnace, the used gas injection nozzle is replaced with the gas injection nozzle of which deposits are removed by the deposit removing method.
