PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polar group-bearing propylene copolymer. SOLUTION: The polar group-bearing propylene copolymer comprises 50 to 99.9 mol% of propylene unit, 0 to 49.9 mol% of a unit represented by general formula (C) and 0.1 to 50 mol% of a unit represented by general formula (D), and has a terminal vinyl group and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000 (wherein n is 1 to 20, X is -OH, -COOH, -SOOH or -SOOOH).
