The invention relates to a percutaneous injection device for injecting biomaterial in the form of particles of different sizes or of paste. The device comprises: a generally cylindrical trocar (12) having a first open end with a cutting edge, the wall of this first end having at least one opening (36, 38) for the passage of biomaterial, and having a second end that is also open; a reservoir (14) for accommodating said biomaterial, having an essentially cylindrical piece (20) with two open ends, said cylindrical piece being able to be inserted into at least portion of the trocar via the second end thereof, and having removable means for closing the two ends of the reservoir, and; a plunger (16) that can be inserted into the cylindrical piece when the closing means are removed, said plunger being able to slide in the cylindrical piece and in the first end of the trocar.
