PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web log communication system and a Web log communication method, which allow easy acquisition of a comment, easy exchange of comments, and smooth communication. SOLUTION: In this Web log communication system, a server having a blog page display means making a terminal achieve/display a Web log page via the Internet has: a storage means storing the comment written in each Web log page and information about the comment; a comment information management means making the storage means store the comment written in the Web log page and the information about the comment; and a comment information display means making the terminal display a history or the like of the comment on the basis of the information about the comment stored in the storage means.
