A portable charger for an electronic device is provided to prevent the electronic device from being detached from the charger without intention by inserting a locking boss into a connection jack of the device. A portable charger includes a power unit(150) accommodating a battery, and a connection unit(110). The power unit has a power output jack on one side of the power unit to output a power of a battery. The connection unit has a power connection jack connected to the power output jack of the power unit, and a jack to be connected with an electronic device for supplying the power from the power unit to device. The connection unit has a seat portion, and the power unit has a space receiving the seat portion.
