PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater and revetment facility using blocks manufactured of a waste fluid of Shochu (a Japanese white distilled liquor) which are extremely useful having effects of fish collecting, the formation of a fish nursery, the cleaning of river water and sea water, the prevention of withered seashore, the formation of a seaweed bed, revetment planting, etc. SOLUTION: The blocks manufactured by solidifying the waste fluid of Shochu using a solidifier comprises a solidified material of a high-fiber porous body.
