AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILAMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An aromatic polyamide filament and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solidify the surface and the inside of the spinning materials evenly. The solidification liquid injection nozzles(11,21,31) are installed at three solidification solution injection cisterns(10,20,30) and inject the solidification liquid to the spinning material. The bottom surfaces of the cisterns are formed by an inclined type, preferably. A portion of the injected spinning solution is stored at the bottom surface of the corresponding cistern and reused and the remaining portion is stored in a solidification collection box(51). The first solidification liquid injection cistern injects the sulfuric aqueous solution to the spinning material with the speed of 1-10 m/second.
