A parking position informing and door unlocking device for a vehicle is provided to inform the present position by operating a parking position informing unit when the voice input through a microphone corresponds to the voice stored in a memory unit. A parking position informing and door unlocking device for a vehicle includes: a parking position informing unit(10) informing the parking position of the vehicle; an unlocking unit(20) operating a vehicle door into an unlocking state; a memory unit(30) for storing the speech and tone of specific voice input from a driver as data; a microphone(40) installed at the vehicle to receive the voice from the peripheral area; and a control unit(50) comparing the voice input to the microphone with the speech and tone stored in the memory unit, operating the parking position informing unit when only the speech corresponds to the stored speech, and operating the parking position informing unit and the unlocking unit together when both the speech and tone of the voice correspond to the pre-stored data of the memory unit.
