A path structure for a vehicle defrosting duct is provided to keep an amount of air discharged from a discharge hole uniformly by guides extended from a suction hole to the discharge hole of a duct body, thereby removing frost or humidity from a wind shield glass uniformly. A path structure for a vehicle defrosting duct includes a plurality of discharge hole parts(32) formed long in the lateral direction at an upper end of an instrument panel(30) and disposed at an inner lower end of a wind shield glass. A duct body(50) is mounted to communicate the discharge hole parts to a heater unit. The duct body has a discharge hole(70) at an upper end and a suction hole(60) at a lower end correspondingly to the heater unit. A plurality of guides(80) are formed to an inner wall of the duct body, wherein height thereof becomes higher from the center to both sides of the duct body.
