An oil circulating structure for a main shaft of an automatic transmission is provided to improve cooling effect by applying oil to a clutch plate and a clutch disk as well as between bearings of a clutch drum. A forward shaft(120) includes an oil inflow hole(124), a first and second oil outflow holes(121,122). The oil inflow hole and the first and second oil outflow holes are divided into both sides by an O-ring(134) of a PTO shaft(130). A first and second defining oil spaces are formed between the forward shaft and the PTO shaft. An oil path(136) having a first to third oil connection paths(135a,135b,135c) is formed at a predetermined position corresponding to the oil inflow hole of the forward shaft and the first and second oil outflow holes in an internal center of the PTO shaft.
