Finishing material comprising natural mineral and binder is provided to represent forest aromatic bath effect with oxygen concentration of 20.5 to 21.5% and to smoothly supply oxygen by comprising silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, potassium oxide, iron oxide, titanium or germanium as well as binder. The natural mineral finishing material comprises 35-40wt.% of natural mineral powder including: 73-78wt.% of silicon dioxide;, 8-10wt.% of aluminum oxide; 4-6wt.% of potassium oxide; 9-11wt.% of iron oxide and 0.4-0.6wt.% of titanium dioxide, as well as 60-65wt.% of a binder. The natural mineral powder includes 1ppm of germanium based on the mineral powder. As a result of assaying radionuclide for the natural mineral powder, it has 0.5 to 1Bq. The finishing material(2) is applied to a concrete wall body(1) in thickness of 1 to 2mm before attaching a wall paper(3) thereon.
