A backlight unit is provided to upwardly reflect an ultraviolet ray leaked from a light emission lamp as a visible ray by adding a fluorescent material to a reflective sheet. A plurality of light emission lamps are arranged in one direction. An outer case fixes and supports the light emission lamps. A reflective sheet is constructed inside the outer case, and includes a fluorescent material to reflect an ultraviolet ray as a visible ray. The reflective sheet is formed by sequentially stacking a color layer(41), a PET(Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) layer(42), an adhesive layer(43), and a polyester layer(44). Poly carbonate, and poly methyl metal acrylate are used for the polyester layer.
