A wall inside outlet safety cover for an apartment house is provided to compose an opening/closing door, which is automatically closed as soon as a user pulls out a plug from an outlet without special effort of the user, thereby improving user's convenience, and most importantly, and solving a problem that the safety cover is continuously opened by user's carelessness. A wall inside outlet safety cover(10) for an apartment house comprises the followings: a sliding rail groove(15); a gap space(17); and an opening/closing door(14) which is arranged with a pair of right and left doors so as to cover an opening unit(12) in the inside of the safety cover(10) and forms a hinge projection(14a) so as to be combined with the sliding rail groove(15) in an eccentric location of the upper part and the lower part for making rotation and straight line motion to the gap space(17) possible at the same time; a torsion spring(16); and a restoring spring(18).
