FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow column with graduated valve. End-piece of column is made in the form of jet pump with metal needles located on its body and suction filtration holes positioned between them. Made in pump body are heat-exchanging passages and receiving openings. Pump is provided with packer swab located under receiving openings. In operation, working liquid is pumped into annular space, packer swab opens and is carried together with pump and hollow column down to upper boundary of hydrateparaffine deposits. Liquid when passing through upper and lower passages heats body and needles of device. Deposits are thus desintegrated into liquid state and withdrawn by pump to day surface through hollow column.
