The withdrawable cut-off system comprises at laest one column (1) formed by a vertical spring shaft (2) secured (3) at the top and the bottom and stabilized by a frame support construction (4). This construction holds the cut-off material (5) under tension when outwardly drawn or backwardly rolled. A core shaft (6) is formed around the spring shaft, wound under specific tension and fixed to it. Two disks (7) are fixed at the top and bottom horizontally to the core shaft and the spring shaft and by means of a special closure piece (8) at the commencement of the cut-off material permit the material to be pulled out and backwardly rolled manually. They also serve for fixture to a cut-off material accommodation counter piece (9).
