An operational amplifier is provided to remove common mode noise mixed in an input signal efficiently, by enabling a low voltage operation in a high speed. A differential amplification stage(410) amplifies a difference between a first signal and a second signal forming a differential pair, and outputs the amplified first and second signal. A first output amplifier(430) outputs a first output signal by amplifying the difference between the amplified first signal and the amplified second signal. A second output amplifier(440) outputs a second output signal by amplifying the difference between the amplified first signal and the amplified second signal. The first output signal and the second output signal form a differential pair.
