POLICY APPLICATION IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM AND IMPROVEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method that improve policy application by using reports for input, in a customer system capable of policy-based autonomous operation.

SOLUTION: The system comprises a policy generation support computer 11 connected for policy generation support to a customer system that is an autonomous system adapted to record application status reports in a database 33, and an apparatus for a maintenance service company connected to the policy generation support computer 11 via a network 4 and adapted to record reports of maintenance completion in the customer system; and improves policy application in the customer system. The policy generation support computer 11 collects the application status reports recorded in the database 33 and the maintenance completion reports recorded in the maintenance service company apparatus 22, and converts human intervention parts into a policy according to the collected reports.
