COMPENSATION SYSTEM AND COMPENSATION PROGRAM TO ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT FAULT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably compensate a fault when a fault cause of electric equipment of a customer possibly comes from occurrence of abnormality in power supply.

SOLUTION: A host server 2 has: a customer database 21 storing a location or the like of each customer; a supply abnormality database 22 storing contents, an occurrence date, an affected area or the like of a phenomenon having affected the power supply; a compensation decision program 23 deciding whether the fault is a target of the compensation or not on the basis of contents and an occurrence date transmitted from a client 3, and data of the customer database 21 and the supply abnormality database 22; and a compensation money amount calculation program 24 calculating a compensation money amount on the basis of the fault contents, the phenomenon contents, and a point number of the customer when it is decided that the fault is the compensation target.
