PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thug control tool that allows the user to actuate a liquid sprayer while holding down a thug with a man catcher and to surely spray a spray liquid to the thug at point-blank range. SOLUTION: A liquid sprayer 4 is mounted on a man catcher 3 comprising a fork 2 provided at the end of a handle 1. The operating part 5 of the liquid sprayer 4 is provided near the rear-end grip part of the handle 1. A spray hole 6 is provided near the end of the handle 1. Such a liquid sprayer 4 is filled with a spray liquid containing control components having the effect of discouraging a thug from resisting by means of a foul or irritating odor or by inducing sleep, causing nausea or causing tears.
