PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of keeping airtightness of its inside by reducing waterproof sealing parts. SOLUTION: A peripheral wall 4 is formed on outer periphery of an outside body 1 for mounting. Components for lighting 18 are mounted on an inside body 2 mounted inside the outside body 1.The components for lighting 18 are fixed by screws. For example, component mounting holes 20 for inserting screws 19, connection holes 22 through which connection screws 32 inserted into insertion holes 9 of the outside body 1 are inserted, holes 21 for inserting mounting bolts 6, and a hole 31 for inserting an electric wire 8 are formed on the inside body 2. An opening edge part 26 of a cover 3 is inserted between the peripheral wall 4 of the outside body 1 and outer periphery of the inside body 2, and the cover 3 is fixed to the outside body 1.
