PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the arrangement productivity of a coductive ball arrangement device by keepng the number of conductive balls in a ball cup within the predetermined range without entailing the movement of the ball cup and by eliminating the problem that the conductive ball in the ball cup does not drop. SOLUTION: The conductive ball arrangement device firstly comprises an arrangement jig with an insertion part of the conductive ball formed, the ball cup with an opening part to which the conductive ball can drop in formed, a ball hopper storing a number of conductive balls as well as having an opening and closing means of a feeding opening, and a moving means for moving the ball cup. Secondly, the movement of the ball cup along an upper surface of the arrangement jig drops in and arranges the conductive ball to each ball insertion part of the arrangement jig. Thirdly, the ball hopper is provided so as to integrally move with the ball cup to appropriately refill the conductive ball in the ball cup from the ball hopper to the ball cup so that the number of conductive balls in the ball cup is kept within the predetermined range.
