PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip with a concealing part which does not change a printing layout, has no need to change the flow of office work processing, and does not use excessive materials. SOLUTION: The slip 10 with the concealing part is a slip with a printable concealing label which becomes a contract document of an insurance, and is equipped with a substrate 11 for printing, a concealing label 13, a releasing structural part 17, a line paste 18 and perforations 19 for folding. The substrate 11 for printing is a substrate with a printing region 12. The concealing label 13 is a laminated label which is arranged on the underside of the substrate 11 for printing, and in which a substrate 14 for concealing, a re-releasing and re-sticking paste 15 and a releasing paper 16 are laminated in this order. The releasing structural part 17 falsely sticks the substrate 11 for printing and the substrate 14 for concealing releasably on approximately the whole face. The line paste 18 is a paste which strongly sticks the substrate 11 for printing and the substrate 14 for concealing on their right end parts so as not to be released. The perforations 19 for folding are perforations which are provided on the substrate 11 for printing and the substrate 14 for concealing on the more insides than the line paste 18 and are for folding back the substrate 14 for concealing to the surface side.
