PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control link device such as, for example, a torque rod A attached to a power plant of an automobile capable of giving damping by flow of liquid to not only vibration in the direction of main load inputting crossing cylindrical shafts X1, X2 of a rubber bush 1 substantially orthogonally, but also vibration in another direction in which inner and outer cylinders 2, 3 of the bush 1 turn relatively to reduce these vibration effectively. SOLUTION: A main liquid chamber 5 of the rubber bush 1 is provided adjacent to the inner cylindrical body 2 in the direction L of main load inputting. A protruding piece 20 protruding outward in the radial direction is formed from the outer periphery of the inner cylindrical body 2 toward the inside of the main liquid chamber 5, and a rubber layer 44 covering the protruding piece 20 is extended further outward in the radial direction to constitute division wall parts 8, 8 for dividing the main liquid chamber 5 into three regions 5a to 5c in the peripheral direction. A clearance S having a predetermined interval is formed between an outer end face in the radial direction of each division wall part 8 and an outer peripheral wall face of the main liquid chamber 5 opposing to it to form an orifice passage in which liquid circulates between the regions on both sides of the division wall part 8.
