PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of complementing a part of a program unable to be viewed/recorded by a mobile terminal and storing the complemented program in the mobile terminal as one complete program. SOLUTION: When a user uses a mobile terminal receptible of a TV program to record the TV program, a video recording apparatus in a user's house automatically records the TV program in interlocking with the recording by the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal cannot record the TV program because of an unreachable state of a broadcast radio wave, the mobile terminal stores therein time table information of the unviewed/unrecorded part of the TV program. The video recording apparatus in the house segments video data of the unviewed/unrecorded part of the TV program by the mobile terminal from the recorded data by the video recording apparatus on the basis of the time table information, transfers the segmented data to the mobile terminal, which combines the segmented data with the existing data in itself so as to complement the program and stores a complete program therein.
