PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition having excellent nonstaining properties. SOLUTION: The room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition having excellent nonstaining properties, contains (A) to (E). (A) is 100 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane expressed by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-10C nonsubstituted or substituted monovalent saturated hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-6C nonsubstituted or substituted monovalent unsaturated hydrocarbon group; X and Y are integers satisfying the formula: 0.2≤Y/(X+Y)≤1). (B) is 20-200 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane expressed by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, X and Y are as above-described; N is independently an integer of 0 or 1). (C) is 0.01-1 pts.mass of an alkyltin compound. (D) is 0.1-10 pts.mass of a silane coupling agent having at least one amino group in the molecule.
