PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming fermented dough, capable of improving productivity and capable of preventing a cavity from occurring inside the dough. SOLUTION: This apparatus for forming the fermented dough has a transport means 3 for transporting belts of the fermented dough in two lines and a rolling means 7 for rolling each of the belts F2, F3 of the fermented dough transported by the transport means 3 into a cylindrical shape in such a state that rolled centers of the belts of the fermented dough are approximately parallel to each other and rolled directions of the belts are opposite to each other.
