PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile holder which permits a smooth change between a use position and a storage position and has a broad range of application including a specific dollar box. SOLUTION: The holder H holds a game medium receiving case D in the vicinity of the receiving tray 9 of a game machine P, a first holding portion 1 which swings around a pivot 7 arranged below the receiving tray 9 is large and permits shift to a use position where a forward projection relative to the receiving tray 9 and a storage position where the projection is small and a second holding portion 2 which complements the holding of the first holding portion 1 by contacting the game medium receiving case D in the position different from the first holding portion 1 in the use position.
