PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-eliminating block which further improves the void ratio of a structure that is constructed without lowering its hydraulic properties, such as K<SB>D</SB>value, to achieve resource-saving, etc. , at a sufficient level. SOLUTION: According to the wave-eliminating block, base ends of three to eight legs are joined integrally together to form a block body. Each leg has two to six ridges formed along the direction of length of the leg, and a valley is formed between each edge. The deepest point at the bottom of each valley is located to be 0.1R or more to 0.5R or less from the center of a virtual circle having a radius R, which circle is drawn by a line passing through the top of ridge of each leg in a sectional shape.
