<p>Roller tool for linear deformation of sheet metal comprises a press roller (8) and a die (10) that together can be moved linearly relative to a metal sheet between them. The body of the press roller comprises a set of roller discs (14-23) that can rotate independently about the shaft (11) of the press roller. An independent claim is also included for apparatus for deforming sheet metal, comprising a roller tool as above, a roller tool holder (5) and a drive unit (6) for swivelling the holder about an axis (7) perpendicular to the workpiece.</p> |
