FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves making broad femoral fascia sections along femur axis above the anterior edge of the greater trochanter. Paratenon is longitudinally cut above common tendon part of short rotator muscles and cross-cut so that common tendon of short rotator muscles and articulation capsule is cut from the greater trochanter towards posterior cotyloid cavity boundary in making two incisions. The beginning of the incisions is connected with the third incision to produce trapezoid flap. Articulation capsule flap is attached to the common tendon of lateral femur rotator muscles after having set the endoprosthesis. Integrity of common tendon of lateral femur rotator muscles, paratenon and broad femoral fascia is restored. ^ EFFECT: high reliability in fixing prosthesis.
