FIELD: rodent catching equipment used in agriculture and under home conditions. ^ SUBSTANCE: trap for rodents has collector made in the form of reservoir, tilter made in the form of platform rotating relative to horizontal axis, and bait. Platform is formed as cross-shaped member having pin or two pins extending along axis of symmetry of longer arms of cross-shaped member. Pin or pins rest upon reservoir wall. Bait is located on two other arms of cross-shaped member. Part of pin resting upon reservoir or at least part thereof at its one side has section made in the form of segment of circle. Straight line of segment is extending in parallel with plane of platform. Said part may be made in the form of incomplete arc of circle. Straight line connecting outer points of arc of circle is also extending in parallel with plane of platform. Tilter is equipped with device for returning platform to horizontal position. Said device is made, for example, in the form of additional weight rigidly connected to cross-shaped member and positioned below plane of platform. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction, prolonged operation without need for recharging, provision for operation without participation of worker, increased efficiency by avoiding appalling of rodents, and provision for retention of yield over greater part of area. ^ 9 cl, 9 dwg |
