摘要 FIELD: electrical engineering; power supplies. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has three irreversible electrically isolated converter cells 1 connected, respectively, to three single-phase controlled inverter cells 3 forming set of three-phase sine-wave output voltages relatively shifted through 120 electrical degrees. Overvoltage protection of components of inverter cells 3 on occurrence of phase-to-phase short-circuits in control unit 4 is effected by controlled voltage divider 7 installed in control unit 4 between output of sine-wave voltage generator 5 and input of phase shifter and used to reduce amplitude of signals controlling inverter cells in case of voltage rise across output capacitive filters 2 in converter cells 1 recorded by voltage sensors 9. Signal arriving from one of voltage sensors 9 is sufficient to make comparator 8 controlling state of voltage divider 7 operate. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg
