A support structure for casting concrete in a head of a steel pile and a foundation concrete construction method using the same are provided to improve stable joint between foundation concrete and the steel pile. A support structure for casting concrete in a head of a steel pile comprises an insert drum(10) and a reinforcing rod assembly(20). The insert drum comprises a cylinder(11) integrally formed with a bottom plate(12), a plurality of support plates(13) arranged at constant intervals along outer circumference, an annular horizontal flange, and an annular grounding plate. The reinforcing rod assembly comprises horizontal rods(21) having a square frame form including intersecting reinforcing rods, and vertical rods(22) fixed to the intersecting positions. The horizontal rods are welded into inner circumference of the cylinder. A foundation concrete construction method using the support structure comprises a steel pile mounting step, a lean concrete casting step, a support structure insertion step, a reinforcing rod connection step, a concrete casting step, and a curing step. |
