In particular, there is provided a cosmetic characterized in that L-ascorbic acid 2-phosphate sodium salt (A) and at least one compound (B) selected from the group consisting of arginine, urea and triethanolamine are contained in a mixing mass ratio of (A):(B) ranging from 1:0.001 to 1:0.5.
