A loess interior material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent crack, breakage or separation of loess particles by naturally drying and sintering a rectangular loess panel including clay and starch, and to promote health by radiating far infrared rays and continuously disinfecting bacteria. Foreign matters are removed from loess, and pure loess is crushed into powder(S1). Loess powder is mixed with clay of 15 to 30wt% and boiling starch of 5 to 20wt%(S2). Water is injected to the mixture, and the mixture is evenly agitated and kneaded(S3). Air is discharged by pressurizing the mixture(S4), and the mixture is pressed at the specific thickness and cut(S5). The cut product is naturally dried(S6), and the dried product is sintered at temperature of 600 to 800‹C(S7). Propagation of bacteria is restricted by using loess, and cooling or heating efficiency is improved by insulating heat. Fire is prevented, and strength is improved by adding clay and starch.
