PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method for simulation capable of intuitively grasping influences on simulation results by each parameter such as pressure, temperature and flow rate of each component relevant to simulation and efficiently progressing simulation while predicting the optimal value of the parameters and a computer readable recording medium with the simulation program recorded thereon.

SOLUTION: Variation of each physical quantity of each observation point and difference in distribution states of each component in a reaction chamber, etc. at a plurality of points of time in the simulation in accordance with variation of each parameter set as simulation conditions are visually displayed.
