PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make thin and compact an input device which enables display of both front and back faces, and input on the display faces.

SOLUTION: An input panel 6 is constituted so that a first sensor substrate 4a and a second sensor substrate 4b electrically connected to each other are arranged oppositely across an electrical field shielding layer 5, wherein liquid crystal panels 1 and 2 are laminated and arranged respectively at the outer face sides of the both sensors substrates 4a and 4b.
