PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image of the whole of a photographic object obtained by composing magnified images obtained by dividing and photographing the photographic object a high-definition image. SOLUTION: The whole image is orthogonally projected on the basis of lengthwise/crosswise dimensions and rectangle information that is pixel coordinates of four corners of a rectangle of the whole image obtained from the whole image of having a tilt photographed with an image angle widened by a whole orthogonal projection means 11, a position on the whole image of the magnified image photographed with the image angle narrowed is detected by a position detection means 12, the tilt of the magnified image is detected based on the position information thereof, and the magnified image is orthogonally projected based on the tilt by a magnification orthogonal projection means 13, and the magnified images are composed based on the position information by a composition means 15 to obtain the whole image of of the orthogonal projection.
